Emin Huseynov is the Founder and CEO of Ivysion College Admissions Consulting. With more than a decade of leadership experience in international education — serving as Head of School at international schools in Korea and Japan — he brings deep insight into how universities evaluate applicants across academic systems and cultural backgrounds. Emin founded Ivysion to bring a more strategic and structured approach to college admissions preparation, believing that strong outcomes are developed over time through thoughtful academic planning, meaningful extracurricular engagement, and sustained mentorship. He also focuses on integrating technology and data-driven insights into education strategy, helping students research universities, develop stronger portfolios, and present their achievements authentically.

Dr. Onur Asan serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor at Ivysion, where he contributes guidance on academic strategy and student development. As an Associate Professor and experienced mentor in higher education, he has worked extensively with students in building strong academic profiles, research experiences, and long-term career pathways. His experience within university systems provides valuable insight into how students can align their academic interests, extracurricular activities, and achievements to prepare competitive applications to leading universities. At Ivysion, Dr. Asan supports the development of strategic programs that help students make informed educational decisions and pursue meaningful academic and professional goals.

For 35+ years, Randy has run one of the most successful Tier-1 admissions academies. 90%+ of his applicants get into one or more of their top 3 colleges. He learned the admissions inside-process working in Brown's Admissions Office, built Brown's Alumni Assoc of Southern California, and has interviewed 1,000+ applicants. He's mentored students and parents from 30+ US states and countries worldwide.

For over five years, Umutcan has advised students from diverse backgrounds—including first-gen, public and private school, transfer, and international applicants—on admission to Ivy League and top-20 universities. His approach emphasizes shaping rigorous academic, technical, and nontraditional experiences into cohesive, human-centered narratives. A native Turkish speaker proficient in Mandarin, he also practices martial arts and enjoys film.

Yuanyi brings six years of teaching experience—from ESL tutoring to parliamentary debate coaching—and has developed literature courses for high schoolers in China. At Harvard, she holds editorial roles at multiple publications and competes in university debate, winning provincial championships. Her literary sensibility and cross-cultural perspective help students craft compelling, authentic application narratives.

Iremgul is a first-year Biology student at the University of Pennsylvania on the pre-med track. In the 2025 admissions cycle, she earned acceptances to Cornell University, Rutgers Honors College, and Stevens Institute of Technology, among other prestigious programs. A passionate researcher since high school, she continues her work at Penn's Center for Host-Microbial Interactions in the Pathobiology Department. She specializes in helping students identify strong extracurricular activities and develop unique angles for their college essays.
