Refund Policy

Families who withdraw on or before October 1, 2026 — two weeks before the October 15, 2026 cohort begins — receive a full refund of every payment made, including the $300 enrollment deposit.

No questions asked and no administrative fee: the full amount is returned to the original payment method.

After October 1, 2026, or once the program has begun, tuition payments are non-refundable. This reflects the immediate allocation of research faculty, cohort seats, and program resources upon enrollment.

However, families who withdraw after this point may apply the full amount paid as a credit toward any future Ivysion Research Institute cohort within 12 months of the original cohort start date.

If Ivysion ever cancels or reschedules a cohort, every enrolled family chooses between a 100% refund of all payments or a free transfer to the new cohort dates.

Email research@ivysion.com with the student's name and the email used at checkout. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

The withdrawal date is the date your email is received, measured against the October 1, 2026 deadline above.
