Is the strategy session really free?

Yes. The 30-minute strategy session is complimentary and carries no obligation. It exists so families can evaluate fit and walk away with a clearer view of their next 6–24 months, whether or not they enroll with Ivysion.

What should we prepare before the call?

Accepted Answer

A rough sense of the student's current grade, academic profile (GPA, coursework, testing so far), extracurricular direction, and the schools or fields they're considering. Nothing needs to be polished — we're calibrating, not evaluating.

Which grade levels does Ivysion serve?

We primarily work with students in Grades 7–12 for college admissions, and post-graduate candidates for Master's, MBA, PhD, JD, and Medical school. Earlier engagement almost always produces stronger positioning, but late-stage support is available.

Question 4

How long does an Ivysion engagement typically last?

Most families work with us for 12–48 months. The engagement length is driven by the runway the student has before applications — a Grade 8 student runs a multi-year strategic build; a Grade 12 student runs a focused, execution-heavy cycle.

What happens after we book the session?

You'll receive a confirmation with a short intake questionnaire. A senior strategist reviews it before the call so the 30 minutes are spent on strategy, not intake — you leave with clear next steps for the student's timeline.
