A 10-week research program for high school students

The Ivysion Research Institute is the only research program for college admissions run by an admissions firm. Students in grades 9–12 join a cohort of 40, work in mentored multidisciplinary teams across five tracks, and finish with an original paper and a public symposium presentation.

What every student walks away with

    • An original research question the student owns from week one
    • A complete research paper written to academic standards
    • A public symposium presentation to a live audience
    • Optional nomination for submission to nationwide academic conferences
    • Team-based, genuinely multidisciplinary project work
    • Research coaches, track advisors, and a program director at every stage

    Who should apply

    • Students in grades 9–12
    • Comfortable committing 5–8 focused hours per week
    • Curious about science, engineering, business, humanities, or social sciences
    • Planning to apply to selective universities

Prior research experience is not required. Admission is selective but not exclusive — we look for curiosity and follow-through, not a finished résumé. See the full program overview.
