Payments and Fees
Fees are outlined in service agreements or published program descriptions. Payment schedules and refund terms are defined at enrollment. Ivysion reserves the right to modify pricing with notice for future services.

Intellectual Property
All materials, content, frameworks, and documentation provided by Ivysion remain the property of Ivysion. Materials are for personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or resold.

Limitation of Liability
Ivysion is not liable for admissions decisions, institutional policies, or outcomes beyond its control. Services are advisory in nature and provided without guarantees.

Termination
Ivysion reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, misuse of materials, or failure to meet payment obligations.
